MXN support

Email support@mxnkarting.com with questions, bug reports, account problems or a track we are missing. Include the email address on your account and, for a bug, your device and what you were doing. You can also send feedback from inside the app.

In the app:

• Open the Profile tab.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

On the website, sign in, open Settings and choose Delete account. Deletion is permanent: your profile, sessions, posts, photos and other content are removed. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

• Posts: tap the … menu on the post and choose Report Post.
• Comments: press and hold the comment and choose Report Comment.
• Profiles: open the profile, tap the … menu and choose Report Profile.
• Block User from a post’s or profile’s … menu to stop seeing them and stop them interacting with you.

We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks our community rules. For anything urgent, email support@mxnkarting.com.
